After the call, we send a written scope, total price and agreed dates. A 50% booking payment reserves your studio slot. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the preview and before the invitation is published.

A rough idea is enough. We’ll talk through the look, your guests and the timing, then explain what we recommend and what it costs.
Once you’re ready to book, we handle the design and setup. You receive a working preview, we refine it with you, and you approve it before sharing the link.
Signature: around 2 weeks. From a confirmed start with complete content and your booking payment. Aim to enquire 3–4 weeks before your send date. Bespoke and business events typically take 3–6 weeks.

What do I actually receive?
A personalised, hosted invitation that opens in a browser. Guests scroll through the experience, find your event details and RSVP in the same place. Share one link by WhatsApp, text or email. No app or guest account needed.
Do I need to build anything or use a dashboard?
We handle the design, setup and factual updates. Signature includes a response export on request, so you can keep track without another account. Bespoke and Corporate can include a separate customer dashboard and personalised guest links when agreed in your proposal.
How long does the link stay live?
Your agreed hosting period runs from publication until 30 days after your final event as standard. We confirm the dates before you book. Extensions are available. Your invitation closes when that period ends. We can arrange an extension before expiry.
Can you work with a shorter deadline?
Tell us your ideal send date. Faster Signature delivery may be available depending on the design, ready-to-use content and studio capacity. We confirm feasibility and any rush fee before you book.
How do payment and changes work?
After the call, we send a written scope, total price and agreed dates. A 50% booking payment reserves your studio slot. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the preview and before the invitation is published. Two consolidated rounds of refinements to the agreed design are included before launch. A new creative direction, extra events or additional rounds are quoted before we do the extra work. Small factual updates are included during your hosting period.
